The final examination period for day and evening classes for Fall 2026 is Monday, December 14, 2026 through Sunday, December 20, 2026. All classes are expected to have some instructional or evaluative activity during the final examination time. Unless otherwise announced, examinations are held in the room where the lecture section of the class regularly meets.
The time and date of final examinations are determined by the first class meeting of the week. (NOTE: If a course consists of several elements - lecture, recitation, lab, etc. - the first lecture meeting is considered the first class meeting.) If a class starts at a time not listed in the following Exam Tables, then the starting time on the table that immediately precedes the regularly scheduled starting time that day should be used.

PLEASE NOTE:
Courses Meeting One-Day-a-Week for the Full Semester:
Final examinations will be held Exam Week during the course’s regularly scheduled day and time.
Half-Semester Courses/ Open Learning / Part-of-Term Courses:
Final examinations will be held on the last scheduled class meeting date.
Hybrid Courses:
Unless otherwise required by your department, final exams for hybrid courses may be given online or in person at the discretion of the faculty member teaching the course. However, if an in-person final examination is scheduled, the time and date of the final examination will be determined by the first class meeting of the week and by using the Final Exam Table.
Exam Conflicts
If there is a scheduled final examination conflict, you must contact the instructor immediately. Instructors are expected to make suitable arrangements for students with scheduled final examination conflicts. Students who have more than three final examinations on the same day should petition the academic vice dean as early as possible for an adjustment in their final examination schedule.
