KeyBank Foundation has awarded a new $200,000 gift to ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University to continue KeyBank Foundation’s support for the successful Key Connections program offered by University College at ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì. The Key Connections program will continue to support student success initiatives for underserved students, including first-generation students and students from limited income backgrounds who will enroll in Fall Semester 2022.

ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University Reaches Record Graduation Rate, Boasting Highest Graduation Rate in Northern Ohio
ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì’s current graduation rate is the highest among public universities in Northeast Ohio and fifth highest among all of Ohio’s public universities, behind Ohio State, Miami, the University of Cincinnati and Ohio University. In northern Ohio, the graduation rates of other public universities range from 40 to 55 percent.

Changing Families and Futures: ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì Receives Five-Year Grant Renewal for TRIO Student Support Services Program
The U.S. Department of Education has awarded ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University a $2.6 million, five-year TRIO Student Support Services program grant. The program serves students from first-generation and low-income backgrounds and students with diverse learning and physical abilities.
ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì Holds Flashes Fight Hunger Contactless Food Drive on Aug. 26
Among the festivities marking the beginning of this unconventional semester, one ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University office is partnering with Portage County social service agencies to host a contactless food drive to collect items that will support members of campus and local communities. The Flashes Fighting Hunger Contactless Food Drive, organized by ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì’s Community Engaged Learning, will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 26, from 4-8 p.m.
